Eligiblity Criteria:- The eligibility criteria are as follows.

• He may be a citizen of India, or a citizen of Bhutan, or a citizen of Nepal or a Tibetan refugee.
• Age will be calculated as on 01.06.2024.
• Between 18 years to 28 years for Office Assistant (Multipurpose).
• Above 18 years for Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager) – Below 30 years.
• Above 21 years for Officer Scale-II (Manager) – Below 32 years.
• Above 21 years for Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager) – Below 40 years

Education Qualification:- The Education qualificationare is as follows.

• Office Assistants (Multipurpose)-Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent and proficiency in local language and working knowledge of computer.
• Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)-Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent and proficiency in local language and working knowledge of computer.
• Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager)-Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with 50% marks, and Two years as an officer in a Bank/Finance.
• Officer Scale-II SO (Information Technology Officer)-Graduate in Electronics/Communication/Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent (50% marks) from a recognized University with certification in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP etc. with one year experience.
• Officer Scale-II SO (Chartered Accountant)-Certified CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and one year experience as CA.
• Officer Scale-II SO (Law Officer)-Degree in Law (50% marks) from a recognized University or equivalent and two years experience as an Advocate or as a Law Officer.
• Officer Scale-II SO (Treasury Manager)-CA or one year MBA in Finance from a recognized University or Institute with one year experience.
• Officer Scale-II SO (Marketing Officer)-MBA in Marketing with one year experience
• Officer Scale-II SO (Agricultural Officer)-Graduate in Agriculture/Agricultural Engineering/Horticulture/Dairying/Forestry/Veterinary Science/Fisheries/Animal Husbandry (50% marks) or equivalent from a recognized University and two years experience.
• Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)-Graduation in any discipline (50% marks or its equivalent) from a recognized University with Degree/Diploma in Banking, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, Fisheries, Agricultural Marketing, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, Accountancy with 5 years experience as Bank Financial Officer.

Age limit and Relxation:- The Age limit and relxation is as follows.

The age limit for IBPS RRB 2024 will be calculated as on 01.06.2024 with minimum age being 18 years and maximum age being 40 years. Age relaxation is 05 years for Scheduled Caste/Tribe (SC/ST), 03 years for Other Backward Classes (OBC), 10 years for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), 05 years for Ex-Servicemen, 5 years for Widows, Divorced Women and 35 to 38 years, 5 years for Persons affected by 1984 riots.

The steps to apply for IBPS RRB Recruitment 2024 are given below.

What is the Selection Process of Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Regional Rural Bank 2024?

The IBPS RRB Recruitment 2024 selection process will consist of the following stages.

Online Written Exam (Preliminary Exam):-

The online written exam (preliminary exam) for the selection of IBPS Group A Officers (Scale-I, II, III) and Group B Office Assistants (Multipurpose) will be conducted in August, 2024, the admit card of which can be downloaded in July/August, 2024. In this exam, 40-40 questions of Reasoning, Numerical Ability, Quantitative Aptitude will be asked, which will be of 40-40 marks and 45 minutes will be given to solve them.

Main Exam:-

The online main exam for the candidates who have qualified the preliminary exam for the selection of IBPS Group A Officers (Scale-I, II, III) and Group B Office Assistants (Multipurpose) will be conducted in September 2024, the admit card of which can be downloaded in September 2024. In this exam, 40-40 questions will be asked from Reasoning, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, English Language, Hindi Language, Numerical Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, which will be of 40-40 marks, whose total questions will be of 200 marks and 2 hours will be given to solve them.

Interview:-

IBPS will conduct interview for the candidates who qualify the Main Examination for selection of Group A Officers (Scale-I, II, III) and Group B Office Assistants (Multipurpose) in November 2024 for which admit cards will be downloadable in October/November 2024. This examination will be conducted by IBPS in collaboration with Nodal Regional Rural Bank (NABARD and IBPS) with total marks of 100 and minimum marks to qualify in the interview will be 40%.

Document Verification:-

IBPS will conduct document verification of the candidates who qualify the interview for the selection of Group A Officers (Scale-I, II, III) and Group B Office Assistants (Multipurpose) in January 2025, for which you will be informed. In this, you have to appear with all your documents in the prescribed format. If there is any error in the document, your application will be rejected. The documents you have to carry are as follows.
